- A. 2013 Maintenance Projects

Rollingwood Entrance – Towne will get in touch with an engineer to start the process for redoing this area
A. West Gateway Renewal – based on the plans and plant list from the BR Landscape Committee, Towne has sent out bid packets to three contractors suggested by the committee. Mark Morris told the Board that the County plans to install a walking path from Rt 747 along Smith Road and across Beckett Road. The planned area will cut across the westside of this renewal area. The Board agreed to modify the bid packet so that contractors are bidding only on the center island and the east planting bed. The west planting bed will be done after the County finishes their walking path installation.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the general meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
