Beckett Ridge HOA Board Meeting
August 15, 2017 at TBC
Call to Order/Attendance
Debbie Olszowka called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Board Members present were Dennis Bender, Dave Burling, Errol Feldman, Larry Huston, Susanne Anton, and Debbie Olszowka.Russel DeVane was absent. Representatives from Towne Properties and GroundsPro were also in attendance.
The Minutes of the Board of Trustees July 2017 meeting were approved with two small changes.
Two homeowners asked to be included on the agenda. One homeowner had asked to address a garbage can violation letter that she received but she was not present at the meeting. The owner at 5533 Fawn Court wished to discuss a neighbor’s basketball hoop and their garbage can.
- 7966 Woodglen – patio enlargement was approved
- 8965 Steeplechase – split rail fence was approved
- 8211 Ravenwood – new siding was approved
- 8042 Kingfisher – in-ground pool was approved
- 8676 Rupp Farm – deck, patio, pergola, and landscaping were approved
- 8284 Eagleridge – fence replacement – Kentucky board with no finials was approved
GroundsPro Bob Wilson gave the report. He reviewed the monthly maintenance schedule and gave an update on all ongoing projects and completed projects. All of the proposals presented by GroundsPro were approved.
Jim Matre was not present so there was no legal update.
The financials were reviewed and approved.
The communication, violation, and payment plan logs were reviewed and there were no changes. The Board requested an update on the account of the owner at 5332 Crossbridge Drive.
A. Rupp Farm Flooding Update
The Board is having ongoing discussions with Butler County and with West Chester Township regarding this issue
A. Letters will be sent to the owners on Leafback and on Pine Valley requesting proof that the vehicle in question is licensed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm.
Next Meeting – The next Board of Trustees Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at TBC.
